Description

Ballantine’s 21 Year Old is a premium blended Scotch whisky that was designed and introduced by master blender Jack Goudy in 1993. A high proportion of the whiskies used are aged well beyond 21 years in European oak casks, creating a rich and intense flavour profile. This whisky has a distinctive character with honey sweetness and vanilla that are joined by hints of apple and floral aromas on the nose. The palate is rich, with liquorice and aromatic spices, followed by a long and mellow dried fruit finish. For special occasions, try pairing it with a small measure of Crème de Vanilla.
