1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of incorrect items upon delivery. Products must remain unopened and in original condition.
Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email
